What you will do
Build the DACH go-to-market, focus on KRITIS, mid-market, enterprise
Build a strong sales and marketing team (inbound, outbound, content, events, partnerships)
Shape pricing, positioning, and offers with founder and technical leads
Drive acquisition and retention across all channels
Own forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline quality and support key deals hands-on
Identify and scale strategic partnerships
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build, not just manage
Proven revenue ownership in B2B tech, IT security, or SaaS
Understanding of cybersecurity markets or steep learning curve
Strong communication and leadership
Strategic sense plus operational execution
Fluent in German and English
