About the role

You own revenue across sales, marketing, and partnerships. You build the team, processes, and go-to-market and work closely with the founder and tech leads. Goal: scalable, predictable growth with real customer value.

What you will do

    • Build the DACH go-to-market, focus on KRITIS, mid-market, enterprise
    • Build a strong sales and marketing team (inbound, outbound, content, events, partnerships)
    • Shape pricing, positioning, and offers with founder and technical leads
    • Drive acquisition and retention across all channels
    • Own forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline quality and support key deals hands-on
    • Identify and scale strategic partnerships
  • Requirements

    • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build, not just manage
    • Proven revenue ownership in B2B tech, IT security, or SaaS
    • Understanding of cybersecurity markets or steep learning curve
    • Strong communication and leadership
    • Strategic sense plus operational execution
    • Fluent in German and English
